First Impressions
I stayed in their 2BHK villa with a private pool and gazebo, and honestly, it was such a relaxing and comforting escape. The whole place feels premium yet homely — perfect for a quick break from the city. The interiors, sofa, bedding, everything felt super comfortable, and the villa layout itself feels very spacious and peaceful.

The Stay Experience

• The bed and sofa were extremely comfy — you automatically switch into “vacation mode.”

• Private pool + gazebo + infinity view of Pavagadh hill = the dreamiest chill spot ever.

• We were here for my sister’s birthday, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was so sweet!

• Room service is quick and the staff is very helpful and polite.

• I had all my meals here — breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner — and genuinely, not one meal disappointed me. Their Thai curry from the dinner menu is my absolute favourite.

• It’s a perfect resort if you’re looking for a calm staycation, a celebration spot, or just a weekend to recharge.

Location
The resort is in Halol — around an hour from Vadodara — and the area is peaceful and surrounded by nature. It’s far enough from the city to feel like a getaway, yet close enough for a quick one-day or weekend trip.

I’d give Basalt Paradise Resort & Spa a 9/10.
If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation, celebration spot, or just a peaceful break, this place is totally worth it. I’d highly recommend it for families, couples, or even a chill friends trip.
