Pondok Canggu Homestay feels like a true hidden gem. It’s tucked right in the middle of Canggu yet surrounded by rice fields and gardens, so you get the perfect balance of convenience and calm. The vibe is homely, simple, and peaceful — exactly what you need if you want a cozy escape.

• The Stay Experience

  • Spacious rooms with thoughtful furnishings — cupboard, sofa chair, cabinet, and a well-functioning AC (a must in Bali).

  • The natural light inside the room was on the dimmer side — not a major issue, but maybe that’s because I’ve stayed in brighter rooms before. Still, it worked fine for a restful vibe.

  • Outside each room, there’s a little coffee table facing the garden — the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

  • Big swimming pool with plenty of seating around, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

  • Ample parking space for scooters and cars, which is not always easy to find in Canggu.

  • A reception area with staff always available to assist — a nice touch compared to places where help isn’t always around.

The homestay is right in the heart of Canggu. While it feels quiet and surrounded by nature, you’re just minutes away from Canggu’s endless cafés, restaurants, and beaches. Do keep in mind, Canggu traffic can get heavy during peak hours — but that’s part of the Canggu lifestyle!

Facilities
There’s no in-house kitchen, but with so many amazing cafés nearby, you’ll never run out of options for food and coffee.
